We stayed at a hotel located on the coast, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. the room was comfortable, with basic facilities such as two powerpoints. the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet didn't work correctly. the staff tried to assist, but there was a language barrier. On the bright side, the location provided us with access to the onsen, making our stay more enjoyable. the top of the cupboards was dirty, and some areas of the room had stains. Regrettably, the breakfast was not what we were expecting.
The hygiene of the bathroom was disappointing.

The natural hot springs were the best aspect of this place, the temperature was just right and the scenic views were breathtaking. the room was quite comfortable with all the necessary amenities like table and beds. the hotel's location is quite serene, situated in a peaceful surrounding.
The hotel badly requires renovation, with carpets, curtains, and walls stained. we hardly found any available power points in the room, and we had to boil our kettle outside the range of any point.

Almost perfect.

This place offers an incredible experience! The location is right on the coast, providing stunning views of the ocean. The service here is top-notch, with attentive housekeeping and helpful staff. The free shuttle service makes it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The welcome drink upon arrival adds a nice touch to the check-in process. The room amenities include heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe, ensuring comfort and security throughout my stay. The television in the room provided entertainment options during downtime.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel features a stunning onsen with breathtaking views that left us feeling completely relaxed. The rooms were cozy and comfortable allowing us to unwind after a long day of activities. the staff was friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier.
Our room appeared outdated with dirty walls and stained carpets. We also found a lack of powerpoints to be a significant setback, and had to use the table to boil water as there was no kettle available.
